MY STORY

 

​Welcome to pure health & wellness. My name is Karl I am 46 Years old and today I want to show you 10 ways to lose weight fast. I have been training for over 30 years now. In the early 1990s, I started bodybuilding & aerobic fitness for a solid 6 years. ​After the bodybuilding I got into martial arts then fell running, cycling then joining the military reserves.

Now I have used many training programs & diet plans that have always worked for me and continue to do so today, I have trained with the best in the world. ​My knowledge and experience in this field are all to do with my mental health, Positive mental attitude and mindsets.

WHY I WANT TO HELP PEOPLE

​Let’s dig deep today and really help you with whatever it is that you’re struggling with. Hey,​ there is a wealth of information on the internet. There are people who just don’t want to get started or don’t know what program to follow. Furthermore, they don’t seem to stay focused on how to start.

Many people who struggle to get going or don’t know what program to follow always end up with the same results. ​It is really important to start with your mental health this will help you with a positive mental attitude. Building mindsets and getting rid of limiting beliefs is key. At pure health & wellness, we are here to help you every step of the way.

​​Staying focused and achieving your health & fitness goals and keeping a certain focus throughout your goals is a must. There is a vast amount of people who really struggle with their diet. Eating the right amount of carbohydrates, protein & fats, can really help you with this if you follow our diet plan. ​

Decide what training program to start with if you’re a beginner or advanced. Will send out a free diet plan and training programs you can follow. Please let me help you with the age mindset there are millions of older people who have a misconception about age.

The age myth! This is a limiting belief. You are never too old to start dieting & training programs at any age regardless. Back in my fell running days, there were women and men still running at 60 & 70 years old, truly amazing & it’s all to do with mindsets, you are never too old.

The goal of my site at pure health and wellness is to really help you build a mental healthy mindset. We will train you in areas that you are struggling with. I will show you the best 10 ways to lose weight fast. I will be helping you to lose weight through diet and offer you training programs that will help you.

There are areas I can also help giving you advice, tips losing weight, recommendations and reviews on products. I have purchased a lot of programs that have worked and are working for me in 2019.

I will help you with detox weight loss also as this can be a large benefit to your diet, and we will look at belly fat exercises. If you ever need a hand or have any questions, feel free to leave them below, and I will be more than happy to help you out.
